SHIPPING & RETURNS
You have the option to provide a different delivery address than the billing address. Deliveries are made between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you do not request the option for "Signature Required" your order will be left by the carrier at the address you provide. Goods are left at your own risk. If you request "Signature Required" you will need to sign for the package with the UPS or FedEx driver.

Free delivery on orders over $500.
Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be sent for processing the following business days. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday and holidays will be sent for processing on the following business days*. If items are not in stock you will be notified. Your credit card payment will be credited and an approximate availability date will be provided. You will need to re-order your items when available. We do not put items on backorder.
*All delivery dates are approximate and quoted in good faith and are not guaranteed. We do not accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.
Out of stock
If an item is displayed as "Out of Stock" it is currently unavailable for purchase and can be re-ordered when it again becomes available.

The delivery services use the email address and/or the phone number provided on the order to contact you directly if there are questions about delivery. Please provide the correct information when you place your order.
Returns Policy for Consumers
Balmain Hair Couture Inc. wants all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases.
If once you receive your product(s) and for any reason are unhappy then you can return them to us for a full refund (minus delivery charges). Our only requirement is that the item(s) being returned arrive, unopened and in saleable condition.
You can return your products for a full refund (minus delivery charges) if they are unopened and in a saleable condition to the address below. You must contact us by email at email@example.com or call 877-647-8540 to request authorization for the return. A copy of your invoice must accompany your return in order to receive credit. Please ensure that the products are packaged safely and securely. Balmain Hair Couture Inc. cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged during the returns process. Once the return is received you will receive credit within 14 business days.
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange products.
Cancelling Your Order
You have a right to cancel your order in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the date the order was placed. If you have completed our checkout process and your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order immediately and refund you the full amount.
