How to place an order

To place an order at Balmain Hair an account is not required. 

 

Placing an order is described step by step below.

Step 1: Click on ‘Add to Cart’  after you have entered the desired number of the desired article.

Step 2: Click on ‘Checkout’ in the Accountmenu when you have added all the products you want. 

Step 3: Check the details of your order and proceed to checkout.

Step 4: Checkout as a guest or register.

Step 5: Enter the billing and shipping information.

Step 6: Choose the shipment method, Free shipping for all orders above € 50,- 

Step 7: Choose your method of payment.  

Step 8: Review your order

Step 9: Click ‘Place Order’ to complete your order. 

Step 10: Complete your payment in the opening screens.

Step 11: You receive the invoice by e-mail sent to the e-mail address that you indicated. 

 

 

  


 

How can I track my order

Orders completed in the webshop before 2 pm C.E.T. are shipped on the same day (monday-friday). Packages are shipped with DPD or DHL, on the evening of shipping you receive an email with track and trace data. Orders placed after 2 pm C.E.T. begin processing the next business day and you will receive the tracking information that evening.

 

 

  


 

Deliveries and delivery charges

Orders completed in the webshop before 2 pm C.E.T. are shipped on the same day (monday-friday). Packages are shipped with DPD or DHL, on the evening of shipping you receive an email with track and trace data. We strive to get your order at your home as fast as possible, Packages are shipped from our European Distribution Center, the delivery time depends on the destination country.

 

- The Netherlands: next working day

- Europe: 1 - 4 days

- Outside Europe: 2 - 4 days

 

Free shipping for all orders above € 50,-. For orders under € 50,- we charge € 5,95 delivery costs. 

In the unlikely event that a product is not in stock we contact you within 24 hours (monday-friday). 

 

 

  


 

What are the payment methods 

Balmain Hair supports the most secure payment methods. We will offer more methods in the near future.

- iDeal (for the Netherlands only)

- PayPal

 

At this moment it is not possible to manually transfer through a personal bank account. 

 

 

  


 

Where do you ship 

Unfortunately Balmain Hair does not ship worldwide at this moment. This Webshop only ships to the following countries: Algeria, Aruba, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Morocco, The Netherlands, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Swiss, Turkey. Returning/defects 

In the unfortunately situation that you are not satisfied with your order you may return the purchased goods within 14 days after delivery. Please let us know the details of your return, please: 

- Use the contact page on this website 

- Send an email to Balmain Hair

- Call Balmain Hair during office hours (08:30 - 17.30 C.E.T.) at +31 15 380 9570 

 

Steps to follow: 

1: Describe your return package or complaint with as much details as possible. Please include your order number or invoice number. 

2: You receive a message with information on where to send the product(s). 

3: We ask you to return the products undamaged and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging. 

4: After processing your return, you receive a credit note for the returned products and we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) if you want no substitute. 

 

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order.

 

Products can be returned within 14 days, starting at the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final.

For the acceptance of your return, please refer to our terms of delivery.
