You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the goods to be left with a neighbour or in another safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.

Orders made after 2:30pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, however this can vary due to stock availability. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We use a ‘next working day’ courier delivery service for all orders dispatched by us. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Scottish Highlands.
Please note: We cannot deliver goods at times of national holidays or at weekends.
All delivery dates are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.
Out of stock
If an item is displayed as 'Out of Stock' it simply means it is currently out of stock at our distribution centre. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, please choose another product but be rest assured that we are working behind the scenes to get this item back in as soon as possible. Once back in stock the 'Add to Basket' button will re-appear.
Delivery notification service
If your order is dispatched from our distribution centre we'll pass your Mobile Phone Number to our courier company, which enables them to notify you throughout the various stages of delivery. Please look out for these SMS Messages as they will include the hour 'window' that your order is expected to delivered in and therefore increase your chances of being in when your order arrives.
Returns Policy for Consumers
Balmain Hair wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and hence offers a comprehensive exchange and refund service.
If once you receive your product(s) and for any reason are unhappy then you can return them to us for a full refund (minus delivery costs). Our only requirement is that the item(s) reach us unused, unopened and in saleable condition.
You can return your products for a full refund (minus postage costs) if they are unopened and in a saleable condition to the address below. Email us at email@example.com and let us know what products you will be returning. Please ensure that the products are packaged safely and securely. Balmain Hair Couture Inc. cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process. We therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when returning products by post. Once we have received the items, a refund will be actioned within 14 days.
Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order.
Cancelling Your Order
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of placing the order. If you have completed our checkout process and your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order immediately and refund you the full amount. If we have dispatched your order, you still have the right to cancel. This must be done in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org commencing from when you received your order. Goods must then be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt at the customer's expense. Once we have received the original order items we will then refund you in full within 7 working days.
