 How to place an order

To place an order at Balmain Hair an account is not required. 

 Placing an order is described step by step below.

Step 1: Click on ‘Add to Cart’  after you have entered the desired number of the desired article.

Step 2: Click on ‘Checkout’ in the Accountmenu when you have added all the products you want. 

Step 3: Check the details of your order and proceed to checkout.

Step 4: Checkout as a guest or register.

Step 5: Enter the billing and shipping information.

Step 6: Choose the shipment method.

Step 7: Choose your method of payment.  

Step 8: Review your order

Step 9: Click ‘Place Order’ to complete your order. 

Step 10: Complete your payment in the opening screens.

Step 11: You receive the invoice by e-mail sent to the e-mail address that you indicated. 


 Deliveries and delivery charges

Orders made after 2:30pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, however this can vary due to stock availability. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We use a ‘next working day’ courier delivery service for all orders dispatched by us. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Scottish Highlands. Please note: We cannot deliver goods at times of national holidays or at weekends. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

Unfortunately Balmain Hair does not ship worldwide at this moment.

This Webshop only ships to the US.

Balmain Hair has lots of distributors worldwide, so If we don't ship to your country, please check if you can buy the products locally.



Balmain Hair wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and hence offers a comprehensive exchange and refund service.

You can return your products for a full refund (minus postage costs) if they are unopened and in a unused, unopened and saleable condition to the address below. Email us at info.usa@balmainhair.com and let us know what products you will be returning. Please ensure that the products are packaged safely and securely. Balmain Hair Couture Inc. cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process. We therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when returning products by post. Once we have received the items, a refund will be actioned within 14 days.

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order.

 How to cancel my order 

You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of placing the order. If you have completed our checkout process and your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order immediately and refund you the full amount. If we have dispatched your order, you still have the right to cancel. This must be done in writing to info.usa@balmainhair.com commencing from when you received your order. Goods must then be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt at the customer's expense. Once we have received the original order items we will then refund you in full within 7 working days.
