Couleurs Couture - Permanent Hair Colouring Cream

The Balmain Premium Cream developer easily mixes with the Balmain Couleurs Couture hair colour cream and ensures precise and even development of colour. It conditions the hair and adds brilliant shine with minimal compromise to the hair’s integrity. The four different strengths 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% determine the degrees of lift.

Tone-on-Tone Colour: All colour series (except the Super-lightener series and toner series). Mixing ratio 1:1,5 with 10 Vol. Balmain Premium Cream Developer.

Super Lighteners: Super-Lighteners Series. Mixing ratio 1:2 only with 40-vol. Balmain Premium Cream Developer.
